Installation of stands for the exhibitors: on April the 2nd from 16.00
Taking down: April 5th after the closing of the Fair therefore from 19.00-19.30 till midnight, everything must be empty and clean April the 6 at 8.00 AM.

DURING ASSEMBLAGE (02/04 from 16.00) and TAKING DOWN (05/04 from 18.00):

- Any types of vehicles authorised to park to the Hall 6 (accessible of fulls-feet)
- ENTERING by the Door C - TAKING OUT by the Door B
- Avoid the Porte of Sèvres!
- Take the Porte of Brancion and follow the panels Paris Porte of Versailles.

DURING the OPENING to the PUBLIC
(03/04 from 9 h till 19.00 / 04/04 from 9.00 till 21.00 / 05/04 from 9.00 till 18.00):

- Parkings opened by 7.30 - 22.30;

- Taking out 24h / 24;

- Vans and Heavyweights – Deliveries during the timetables of opening to public;

- Deliveries allowed for a maximum during of one hour (between 7.00 and 9.30) after deliverance of a pass, Door D, terasse C2.

- No parking or stocking allowed inside the Park of Exhibitions.

- Stopping and parking are forbidden on bus and taxi lanes.

- Parking forbidden on the perimetres of security, from the opening hour to public.

Parking:

- Parking C by the Door C;

- Parking VIP: parking B by the Door B, terrasse VIP (vehicles Viparis assure link between the pedestrian exit of the parking VIP and the Hall 6).
